Content strategist and writer for crypto, fintech, B2B SaaS, cybersecurity and real estate brands
I plan the content that answers your buyers’ questions, then write it myself: answer-first articles, comparison pages, case studies and landing copy that rank on Google, get cited by AI and turn readers into leads.
In short
A content strategist decides what a business should publish, for which buyer question and in what order, so that every page can earn a Google ranking or an AI citation and lead a reader towards a purchase. Victor Olanrewaju is a content strategist and writer in Kigali, Rwanda, who has published nearly 10,000 articles in six years, took “XRP price prediction” to number one on Google in 2021, and planned and wrote the pages behind first-place ChatGPT answers for LAGE Lightings and Lens & Co by Tiara.
What a content strategist does for your pipeline
Content only pays when it answers a question a buyer is really asking, in the place they are asking it. So I start with the buyer: what do they type into Google or ask ChatGPT before they choose a supplier, including the doubting questions such as “is it genuine?” and “what does it really cost?”. That becomes a plan with one page for each question.
- A buyer-question map, built from real searches, sales conversations and what AI assistants say today
- A content plan: which page answers which question, in what order, and what each one should lead to
- Answer-first writing with plain facts, a named author and sources a reader can check
- Internal links that connect guides, category pages and offers so people and crawlers can follow the topic
- A refresh and measurement routine: rankings, AI citations, enquiries and revenue
Why the strategist and the writer should be the same person
A plan that is handed to someone else loses its edge on the way. I write the pages myself, so the strategy reaches the reader intact: the question is answered in the first two sentences, the facts are specific, and every claim has a source or is labelled as opinion.
That habit comes from six years in crypto and financial newsrooms, where accuracy is checked by an editor and by Google. It also shaped the AI-assisted workflows I built at CCN, which improved output efficiency by 56% while a named human checked every claim.
What I write
- Answer-first articles and guides that earn rankings and AI citations
- “Best”, comparison and buying-guide pages for commercial searches
- Case studies with real numbers, honest limits and named sources
- Landing and service page copy built to convert
- Market research and analysis writing for crypto and fintech
- Editorial systems: briefs, style rules and AI-assisted workflows with human checks
How I work
- Map the questions List what buyers ask before they choose you, including the doubts, and check what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google say today.
- Plan one page per question Decide which page answers which question, remove overlaps and set the order.
- Writer Write and publish Answer-first pages with plain facts, a named author and sources, linked into one connected set.
- Measure and refresh Track rankings, citations, enquiries and revenue monthly, then update what moved.
What I will not do
- Publish mass-produced AI content with no expert behind it
- Invent statistics, testimonials or case-study numbers
- Guarantee a number one ranking or an AI mention, because nobody outside Google or the AI vendors controls that

Questions
Straight answers.
The things people ask before they hire a copywriter or an SEO.
What does a content strategist do for SEO and AI search?
A content strategist decides what a business should publish, for which buyer question and in what order, so each page can earn a Google ranking or an AI citation and lead a reader towards a purchase. In practice that means mapping buyer questions, giving each one its own answer-first page, keeping facts consistent across the site and measuring rankings, citations and enquiries every month.
Does Victor write the content himself, or only plan it?
Both. As a content strategist and writer, Victor plans the questions a business should answer and then writes the pages himself: answer-first articles, comparison pages, case studies and landing copy, with a named human checking every claim. AI can speed up research and first drafts, but it does not replace that check.
Is Victor a freelance SEO writer, or an agency?
You work with Victor directly. Vatam is his one-person consultancy, so there is no team to be passed to. He covers SEO strategy, AEO and GEO for AI search, content strategy and the writing itself, and he is based in Kigali, Rwanda, working remotely with clients worldwide.
