One-time projects are paid 50% to begin and 50% on handover. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum and then 30 days’ notice. Invoices are in US dollars, and quotes in Kenyan, Rwandan, Tanzanian or Ugandan currency are available on request. Any third-party cost, such as publisher fees, plugin licences or hosting, is agreed with you first.
