About Victor Olanrewaju
Six years in crypto and financial newsrooms taught me that attention only matters when it turns into pipeline. Today I help businesses turn search and AI answers into leads and customers.
I started in 2020 at Ventrix Media, writing B2B crypto research and content for Web3 brands. The job was to bring in leads for partner crypto brokers, and that meant doing SEO against the hardest competition in search. In the 2021 bull run, “XRP price prediction” was one of crypto’s most contested queries. I took the top spot, and the ranking helped our partners see thousands of quality leads.
From 2022 I covered Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP and altcoins daily at AMBCrypto, combining fundamental and technical analysis. One SHIB piece reached 250,000 pageviews in five days. In 2024 I moved to BeInCrypto as an on-chain research analyst, writing institutional-style reports with Glassnode, CryptoQuant and IntoTheBlock data.
At CCN from 2025 I published 100 data-driven market and macro reports a month and led the coverage of the MANTRA (OM) collapse, which held the number one position on Google and was cited by AI models for months. I also built AI-assisted workflows that improved the team’s output efficiency by 56%, including a Notion AI agent that emailed everyone at 7 am with what was trending and the keywords most likely to bring traffic.
In 2026 I founded Vatam in Kigali to apply the same search and AI-citation discipline to other businesses. The first case studies are LAGE Lightings and Lens & Co by Tiara, alongside original research on how East African businesses appear in AI answers. I also helped Oryx Studio, a content marketing platform, with research, testing and go-to-market thinking.
