Where is Victor based, and does he work remotely?
Victor is based in Kigali, Rwanda, and works remotely with clients worldwide, including businesses based in Bulgaria, India, Malta, Dubai, the United States and Nigeria.
How do I start, and what does it cost?

How does payment work?
One-time projects are paid 50% to begin and 50% on handover. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum and then 30 days’ notice. Invoices are in US dollars, and quotes in Kenyan, Rwandan, Tanzanian or Ugandan currency are available on request. Any third-party cost, such as publisher fees, plugin licences or hosting, is agreed with you first.
